Detritus

Five months is by far the longest hiatus this site has suffered since its inception in...2003. I've cleaned up the blog comments (thanks for the alert Bob) and probably lost some real comments in the process. My apologies. It's a marvel of modern technology that even web sites fill up with debris when left unattended.

Consider the process of cleaning up this site symbolic. The dust has finally settled on a year of upheaval. Time to sweep out the corners and see what can be salvaged and what should just be tossed.
